Los Angeles County Sheriff Leroy Baca is pleased to welcome Chief Bernard Melekian, and the Pasadena Police Department as a partner in the lacountymurders.com website program. The Sheriff’s Department and the Pasadena Police Department enjoy a long history of cooperation; which is most evident during Pasadena’s annual Tournament of Roses Parade & Rose Bowl football game. The Sheriff has extended an invitation to all police chiefs in the county to participate in this program, and is confident that increased participation will result in an increase in the early solving of murders throughout the county.
